To the Team Members at UWM:
Out of an abundance of caution and consideration for our patients, we have temporarily paused on-site care at our SALTA at UWM location, beginning 12/16/20 at 12:00pm. We will resume on-site care on Monday, 12/21/20 at 8:00am. This is due to a primary exposure in our office.
During this time, we continue to offer the remainder of our services:
– Virtual care Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm
– COVID exposure and symptom guidance
– Video, telephone, or text visits with our providers (urgent care and primary care)
– Same day or next day COVID swabs at several area locations
If you develop any symptoms of illness or have come into contact with someone who is ill, please go home and call us at 248.206.1200. We will connect you with a provider to review your concerns, and order COVID testing when appropriate.
Please continue to follow CDC recommendations to keep our community healthy – frequent handwashing, wearing a mask or face covering, and practicing physical distancing. And get your flu shot!
