SALTA DPC has an onsite location for UWM doctors and team members at Pontiac, Michigan. Each provider has a limited patient population decreased from 2400 to 800, allowing for enhanced access and communication to your DPC provider 24/7.  Engage with our care team either in-office or at home using virtual technology with Beaumont MyChart. Most importantly, the SALTA UWM team works exclusively for you. We are passionate about helping you with your health needs and genuinely care for each of our patients.
