It is our great privilege to be back on campus at United Shore, to continue supporting the health and wellness of everyone who works within the USM/UWM campus.
Our digital-first approach to healthcare, initially born out of necessity, has become our “new normal”. We’ve received incredible feedback from team members regarding the improved accessibility to SALTA – video visits, telephone visits, and secure text messaging via MyChart. Additionally, our providers have found that many common concerns and issues can be addressed with a combination of phone, photo, video, and text – saving team members’ time and effort.
Moving forward, we will continue to utilize our digital-first approach for many of your healthcare needs. Our staff will listen to your concerns and help select the best type of visit to your needs. Of course, we continue to be available 8a-8p on-site when needed. SALTA of Troy and SALTA of Clarkston remain open to you.
If you develop any symptoms of illness or have come into contact with someone who is ill, please go home and call us at 248.206.1200. We will connect you with a provider to review your concerns, and order COVID testing when appropriate.
SALTA’s policies and recommendations will evolve as we learn more about COVID-19. Please continue to follow CDC recommendations to keep our community healthy – frequent handwashing, wearing a mask or face covering, and practicing physical distancing.
