Collin Blanchard

Director of Growth

Collin Blanchard serves as SALTA’s Director of Growth and Interim Director of Population Health Management (PHM), where he leads efforts to translate healthcare data into meaningful action. By designing and overseeing targeted population health interventions, he helps improve patient outcomes, manage chronic disease, and reduce avoidable healthcare costs. This ensures SALTA’s care model remains focused, measurable, and mission driven.

His experience leading PHM initiatives has significantly shaped his approach as Director of Growth. Collin believes the current trajectory of healthcare costs is unsustainable and poses a serious financial threat to self-insured employers if meaningful action is not taken. By leveraging population-level insights and advanced data analytics, SALTA Direct Primary Care provides employers with a practical path to control healthcare spending while improving access, quality, and outcomes for employees and their families.

Before joining SALTA, Collin worked at General Motors in manufacturing operations and supply chain risk management. That experience developed his ability to align people, processes, and data to keep complex systems running efficiently. Over time, he felt a growing desire to apply those capabilities to a more personal and purpose-driven mission, which ultimately led him to SALTA and its vision of transforming healthcare delivery.

Collin earned his degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, where he focuses on strategy and organizational leadership.

Outside of work, Collin is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, hiking, and hunting throughout Michigan.
