With 24/7 access to our primary care doctors, we ensure you and your loved ones receive compassionate, cost-effective healthcare. Our facility offers free parking, wheelchair accessibility, and a private individual assessment room for your comfort. Dr. Klein brings 17 years of experience in primary care and urgent care across Southeast Michigan, specializing in family medicine and osteopathic medicine.

$90/month for adults (26+) and $45/month for youth (0-25). Your monthly membership includes unlimited primary care visits, 24/7 access to your physician, and all routine primary care services with no copays or deductibles.
No long-term commitment required. Individual memberships are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. We also offer pro-rated refunds, so you’re never paying for services you won’t receive.
No, SALTA does not bill insurance. Your membership fee covers all primary care services directly. You should keep your existing health insurance for specialists, hospital visits, emergency care, and other services outside of primary care. SALTA works alongside your insurance to provide better access to primary care.
Your membership covers all general primary care services including office visits, virtual consultations, basic procedures, chronic disease management, and 24/7 physician access. See our Services page for a detailed list of included services. Vaccines and lab work can still be processed through your insurance, but is not billed to SALTA.
We provide care coordination services at no additional cost if you need specialty care. Our Population Health Management (PHM) team will make referrals to specialists within your insurance network or help you find the right specialist for your needs. We’ll coordinate with your specialist to ensure seamless, comprehensive care.
Absolutely. At SALTA, you’ll enjoy direct access to your doctor through phone or text, even after hours, for urgent questions or ongoing support. That’s the benefit of a DPC membership built around relationships.
