Lauren Fuller serves as Director of Enterprise Integration at SALTA Direct Primary Care, where she has dedicated nearly two decades to the company’s growth and success. As SALTA’s longest-standing employee, Lauren joined the organization in 2005 and has served in diverse leadership capacities including office management, administrative operations, project management, IT, and HR.
Lauren has played a vital role in the successful opening and ongoing operations of all SALTA locations, bringing her extensive operational expertise to each expansion. Her multifaceted experience across the organization provides her with unique insights into every aspect of SALTA’s operations.
After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Wayne State University, Lauren discovered her passion for healthcare and has since become a driving force in creating strong organizational culture and relationships built on SALTA’s core values.
