Lauren Fuller serves as Director of Enterprise Integration at SALTA. With nearly two decades of dedication to the organization, she is SALTA’s longest-standing employee, having joined the company in 2005. Throughout her tenure, Lauren has held a wide range of leadership roles spanning office management, administrative operations, project management, IT, and human resources.

In her current role, Lauren oversees all major departments across the organization including finance, operations, and growth – ensuring strategic alignment and supporting leaders in carrying out SALTA’s mission. As a member of the executive team, she partners closely with departmental and on-site leadership to drive organizational cohesion, accountability, and sustainable growth.
 
Lauren plays a critical role in the successful launch and ongoing operations of every SALTA location, bringing deep operational expertise and institutional knowledge to each phase of expansion. Her broad, cross-functional experience provides her with a unique, enterprise-wide perspective on SALTA’s operations and culture.
 
After earning her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Wayne State University, Lauren discovered her passion for healthcare. She has since become a driving force behind building a strong organizational culture and fostering trusted relationships grounded in SALTA’s core values.
