With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Cortnee serves as SALTA’S Human Resource Generalist. She is deeply aligned with Salta’s mission, which begins from within; prioritizing people, purpose, and connection. Cortnee is  committed to building meaningful, lasting relationships with team members while ensuring they feel valued, respected, and supported with the resources needed to help transform healthcare.

Cortnee specialize in payroll processing, employee retention, and employer relations. She believes that a stable, supported team creates a stronger patient experience, allowing patients to feel secure and build long-term relationships with the staff who care for them.

In her role as Human Resources Generalist, Cortnee’s core responsibilities include policy implementation, payroll administration, compliance, culture building, benefits administration, employee relations, and staffing. She is passionate about fostering positive workplace environments where teams thrive, engagement is high, and organizational goals are met through strong people-first practices.
